Condition: Good condition. There is faint discoloration along the mat, tiny dot-shaped stains in places, minor soiling at the center of the left margin and in a few spots on the verso, and slight bleeding of the lettering on the signature area. The verso has areas that show fluorescence reactions under UV light.
