Beware of Suspicious Emails or Messages Impersonating Our Officers, Employees, or Affiliates

We have confirmed incidents in which individuals impersonating our officers or employees have contacted customers—under the pretense of “business promotion”—by email and requested the creation of LINE or similar messaging app groups and/or the sharing of invitation QR codes or links.
Please note that we will never make such requests unless they are made through legitimate procedures in accordance with our contracts, terms and conditions, or other applicable agreements.
As you may be at risk of fraud, please do not respond to any suspicious communications, and do not open any links or scan any QR codes.
