Provenance: Rena Bransten Gallery, San Francisco

Condition: There is undulation throughout the surface. There are cracks in several areas of the white paint on the upper part, and cracks and flaking in a few spots of the red paint on the upper left. There are pinholes on the lower left and right edges, which are thought to be in their original condition. There is blotchy soiling from the upper right to the lower left under UV light, which is not visible under normal light (please refer to the UV photographed images). The verso is not examined since it is mounted on a mat in several areas. The panel to which the artwork is attached was originally adhered to the wooden frame on the verso, but it is now detached from the wooden frame over a wide area and shows warping. As a result, the artwork is also warped.
